At Eckington Manor Cookery School we believe cooking should be fun and relaxing

Whatever your current level of experience – from beginner to professional, our courses are built around the fundamental principles of cooking and will help you learn core skills and build confidence. All courses are taught with creativity and passion.

With small class sizes and our excellent range-cooker facilities, including several Agas, you will be able to get your hands truly dirty. Everyone will have their own working kitchen in which to perfect dishes under the expert guidance of a friendly tutor.

   

The school forms part of a working farm breeding award winning herds of Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle.  It is set in the heart of the English countryside.

We offer an extensive range of courses from Beginners Basics to Professional and Commercial level, they  can even be tailored for special group parties and corporate events.  However, all courses have one thing in common, they are based on using fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produce.  Using simple, honest, readily available ingredients we aim to ensure that you can recreate mouth-watering dishes at home which are stunning yet achievable, regardless of whether you are cooking British Seasonal, Thai, Italian, or even South American food.
