| The cookery school has been designed to ensure
that all participants have the ultimate hands-on working environment
which is light and spacious. With ten fully equipped integrated
kitchens, each guest has their own facilities – including a luxury range
cooker by Aga, Falcon or Rangemaster – as well as their own fully
stocked refrigerator.
A large central demonstration unit has been created for group
teaching and guidance, and lunches are a relaxing affair set in the
informal dining area. |
